Absolutely! We only sell officially licensed merchandise from reputable manufacturers. Your collectibles are genuine and support the creators.
How do you ensure product quality?
Our otaku staff personally inspects each item before shipping to ensure it meets our premium standards. We look for perfect paint jobs, intact packaging, and flawless sculpting.

How do I create an account?
Simply click “Register” at the top of our site. We only require basic information to create your collector’s account – no unnecessary data collection!
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your collectibles to you ASAP! Please email [email protected] immediately if you need changes – we’ll do our best if we haven’t started processing yet.
Do you offer wishlists or pre-orders?
Yes! Create wishlists to track your dream items. For pre-orders, follow us on social media to get early access to upcoming releases before they sell out.
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We have two collector-focused options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Faster delivery via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch) with full tracking
- Free Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
Pro Tip: Choose Standard Shipping for limited edition items – faster delivery means less transit risk for your valuable collectibles!
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide except certain Asian countries and remote regions due to licensing restrictions. Our checkout will automatically notify you if your address isn’t serviceable.
How are items packaged for shipping?
Each collectible is wrapped with protective materials and packed to museum standards. We treat your items with the same care we’d want for our own collections!
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Track your treasure every step of the way to your display case.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories. Please email [email protected] before returning – our collector-savvy team will guide you through the process.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take every precaution, but if disaster strikes, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll make it right!
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we only process returns for refunds. For the wrong item sent, we’ll arrange return shipping at our cost and expedite your correct collectible.
