While we take every care to ensure your Bishoujo figures, Nendoroids, plushies, and scale figures arrive in perfect condition, we know sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. This policy is designed with our collector community in mind!

πŸ’– Collector’s Note: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your items. Please inspect your collectibles immediately upon arrival – we want your unboxing experience to be as magical as the figures themselves!

πŸ›οΈ Eligible Products

Most of our products can be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Bishoujo Figures (must be unopened)
  • Nendoroid & Mini Figures (original packaging required)
  • Plushies (with tags attached)
  • Scale Figures (undamaged boxes)

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: Due to their collectible nature, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Any opened figure where the original packaging seal is broken
  • Limited edition items marked as “final sale”
  • Pre-order items canceled after production has begun

    • Your order number
    • Photos of any damaged items
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Collector Support Team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Carefully: Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials
  4. Ship Back: Send to our Seattle warehouse at:

  5. Confirmation: We’ll email you when we receive and inspect your return

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Timing: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
