• Limited edition “final sale” items
• Pre-order items canceled after production begins

3. Repack items carefully in original packaging

5. We’ll email confirmation when we receive your return

7.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return:

• Refunded to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs aren’t refundable (unless the return is our error)

Exchanges are subject to availability. Follow the return process and clearly state which item you’d like instead.
